  • Yoga: Our certified instructors facilitate weekly classes that cater to our clients and provide a variation of healing through a mind and body connection.
  • Nutrition: Our certified culinary Chef designs each meal to be enticing and well balanced. All meals are prepared within our Wellness Center with a focus on local and organic ingredients. The nutritional composition of our menu is a centerpiece for educating clients on the importance of healthy eating and
    meal planning.
  • Recreational Activities: Clients are engaged in a daily fitness routine which includes the local gym and outdoor activities. We focus on the healing advantages of finding enjoyment in movement as well as deciphering Intrinsic vs. Extrinsic motivation. 
  • Grounds: Deer Hollow Recovery and Wellness Centers offers a unique ambiance secluded from daily distractions. The natural backdrop provides additional serenity and relaxation as our clients progress through therapy.
  • Spirituality: In addition to being taught mindfulness and meditation practices, clients attend weekly outside support groups including; 12 Step Meetings, Smart Recovery and Refuge Recovery.
